Instrument Repeater

Description
Instrument Displays

These displays allow no instructor modifications; they only show what the instruments in the cockpit are showing. Power-up and test conditions are not repeated. The exception is that the range of the VSI/TAS instrument may be changed with the TAS RNG UP/DN buttons.

Note: IOAT responds to Systems Reset as follows: If the aircraft is completely stopped then IOAT is equal to the outside air temperature as set on the Weather Control page. If the aircraft is moving then the IOAT is equal to the outside air temperature plus any thermodynamic mach effects.
TAS RNG Buttons

The TAS RNG buttons may be used to change the display range of the VSI/TAS instrument. The buttons function the same way they do in the airplane. The UP button increases the range, and the DN button decreases the range. The available ranges are the same as in the real instrument, namely, 3, 5, 10, 20, and 40 nautical miles.
Switches

These displays allow no instructor modifications; they only show what position the switches in the cockpit are currently in.
