Overview

The Failure Summary is located at the bottom of the main IOS page and lists the currently "failed" items in a simulation session. This is a status display only; there is no input allowed.

Note: The Failure Summary shows failures activated for simulation purposes only; it does not show actual hardware or software failures of the simulator itself.

Failures

The Failure Summary lists the number of Circuit Breakers tripped, the numbers of Active Malfunctions and Armed Malfunctions pending, and the number of NAVAIDS which have been disabled.

Additionally, specific information is given about which failures have been activated. However, the summary is of limited size, so only the last few failures may be displayed at any one time.

View All Button

The View All Button shows the complete current list of simulated failed items.
