Ejection Display

Description
Ejection Message

The Ejection message is displayed as a result of the ejection handle being pulled.
Probability of Success

The conditions at the time of ejection are calculated and compared with known ejection seat performance.

If the ejection scenario is outide the safe ejection envelope, the message "Outside Envelope" is displayed. This indicates the probability of not surviving the ejection attempt.

Conversely, "In Envelope" is displayed if calculations show a good probability for survival.
Ejection Parameters

The various parameters are shown which figure into the probability of a successful ejection.

These are altitude AGL, airspeed, dive angle (degrees), bank angle (degrees), and sink rate (feet per minute).
Reset Button

The Ejection Reset button resets the simulator to the condition of not having ejected. This will usually cause the ejection overlay to go away. The simulator remains in freeze even if ejection reset is pressed.
